Pre-purchase Inspection
If you've found an Aston Martin that you're interested in buying, we can undertake a full and comprehensive pre-purchase inspection. There are many issues, particularly when it comes to the classic hand built cars, that need expert eyes and long term knowledge of these cars to spot.

This covers the hand-built era of 6 cylinder and V8 models through to the DB7 and V12 Vanquish, as well as the ‘VH’ platform Aston Martins such as the V8 Vantage and DB9.
What does it cover?
This is a very comprehensive inspection covering body, chassis, mechanical, electrical, interior and all systems. Where possible, a road test will also be undertaken and finally, the car’s service history will also be thoroughly examined. Where required, options such as oil sample analysis to determine engine, gearbox and differential wear and HPI checks can also be provided at additional cost.
All pre-purchase inspections will be accompanied by a full report including photographs.
Please note - pre-purchase inspections have their limits and there are still issues that might not be picked up. As an example, the carbon ceramic discs fitted to 'VH' platform DBS, Vanquish and later DB9s etc, can have areas of cracking in places only visible with the brakes dismantled. But it is hard to imagine any owner or seller being willing to have the brakes taken apart!
What will it cost?
As a general guide, the cost for this inspection - which will usually be undertaken at the seller's premises - will be £500. However, this price will depend on distance, whether the car is a classic or modern car and whether any options are required. Please note, we do not charge VAT.

Aston Martin Valuation
From time to time, the valuation of your Aston Martin is required. Sometimes this can be for insurance and other times it can be for finance. Maybe you just simply want to know what your car is worth. Whatever the reason for its valuation, we can help. Sometimes this requires a pre-purchase inspection - such as in the case of finance - but in most other cases, a general overview inspection will suffice.
All valuations will come with a report and valuation certificate.
